Web Designer

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team.

We don’t care how old are you, where you are from, what are your personal preferences, or what drives you. We want to cultivate a respective work place, where professional attitude matters the most. The only thing we care about is if you can take a job and deliver.

You don’t have to have plenty of experience (but that helps). If you have skills, talent, and you feel a passion to craft stunning designs, and you can prove it, we are happy to talk to you.

In this position, you will:

• participate in meetings with clients gathering clients needs
• work together with other designers and developers on designs
• participate in daily video calls for status updates
• creating beautiful but minimalistic designs congruent with modern design trends

Requirements:

• fluent in creating design using Figma
• knowledge of CRO, in particular how to design funnels and pages focused on conversion
• practical knowledge of grid layouts
• practical knowledge of modern design trends and the ability to craft them
• practical knowledge of animations on websites
• a good eye for details
• ability to be productive in the remote work environment
• knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript is beneficial (every design will be translated to a webpage)
• knowledge of Clickfunnels or other funnel building technology is beneficial
• your portfolio of designs (Behance, on your website, etc.)

The salary depends on experience and productivity.
